MySteamStats

Steam Account Value Calculator

Find out how much any Steam account is worth at today's store prices.

How the account value is calculated

We fetch the full list of games on the account through the official Steam Web API, then look up each title's current price on the Steam store. The total is what it would cost to buy the same library today. Because we divide that by total hours played, you also get a cost-per-hour figure, a favorite metric for justifying (or regretting) your backlog. Only public profiles with public game details can be valued.

Games are only half the story: skins and other tradable items can be worth as much as the library itself. Look up your full profile to see your CS2, TF2, Dota 2 and Rust inventory priced at live Steam Community Market rates, alongside hours played, badges and a playtime heatmap.

Frequently asked questions

How much is my Steam account worth?

Paste your profile URL, vanity name or SteamID64 into the calculator above. It fetches every game on the account and totals their current Steam store prices, so the value is what it would cost to buy the same library today.

Does the account value include my inventory and skins?

This calculator values the game library. Tradable items — CS2, TF2, Dota 2 and Rust skins — are priced separately at live Steam Community Market rates on your full MySteamStats profile page.

Is this what I could sell my Steam account for?

No. Selling Steam accounts is against the Steam Subscriber Agreement, so there is no official resale market. The figure here is a replacement cost: what rebuilding the same library would cost at today's prices.

Why can't my account be valued?

The calculator only works on public profiles with public game details. You can change this on Steam under Edit Profile → Privacy Settings → Game details.

Is the calculator free?

Yes. It's free, works on any public Steam profile, and doesn't require signing in.
